A Ritual of Upliftment

Hello, I'm back. Sorry, to be gone for so long. I really miss doing this blog series but life has gravitated me to do something else a while back. Since I was away for so long, I'm going to share a technique on how to tackle life's vicissitudes.

So you feel nothing is going right for you. You lost your job or your boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse left you or you did not get the promotion or that all of the jobs you applied for all you get is a, "We'll call you" and that call never came. You got a traffic ticket. You got coffee splashed on you a few hours after getting the violation ticket. In short, everything is not happening to your favor.

This is important. The signs to watch out for is that nothing is happening in your favor. You'll know it because even the traffic lights are always turning red when it's your turn to pass the intersection or right at the time when you're alight off the bus and rain suddenly pours leaving you all drenched. I get those days.

Now when you have confirmed the Universe seems to be making those jokes on your person, don't lose hope.

Remember these two premises:

1. There's no such thing as coincidence.

2. Everything happens for a reason.

Here's what I do.

First I get my tarot card set and find the Wheel of Fortune card. I put my name under it. If you don't a Tarot set, just print one from the internet.

Next is I get into meditation mode and picture myself opening all my chakras until all 7 are open. This is just my style on how I talk to the Universe. I feel with all my chakras open I am allowing every kind of energy the Universe to flow in and out of me and it also allows me to be at one with the Universe. You could do other things that symbolizes your being one with the Universe.

Then once I am now at the phase where I can now commence talking to the Universe I now recount all the lessons I have learned from those perceived misfortunes I experienced. This phase is very important because you are showing to the Universe that you have matured and you've acknowledged having gone through those times that were unfavorable to you. Once the Universe knows that you have learned what you needed to learn then there's no need to prolong your perceived agony in the physical plane.

Important to note that before you start the meditation part, it's better if you have made the list of things you've learned beforehand and try to remember them as most as you can.

I then give thanks to the Universe for imparting me all the knowledge to be gained from those experience and open my eyes.

The next phase is I put my name at the top of the wheel. Note there's a drawing a snake and a drawing of the Sphinx. The snake is shown to be in a descending manner and there is a picture of an ascending Sphinx, a symbol of wisdom. Remember, the Tarot is knowledge in symbols. So what I do is I don't directly put my name straight up the top of the wheel but I slide it from the bottom and move it to the direction of the Sphinx until I get to the top.

I close my eyes again and open all chakras again and converse again and say thank you again to the Universe for every blessings I have received and continuously receiving.

Now, of course, the key to manifesting still lies on the power of belief. Rituals as I have mentioned above works for me because I know when I do that I will find myself out of the rat hole. If you are doubting that the ritual will amount to nothing, then you already shot yourself in the head right even before you start. It's the same as a prayer except rituals can help you fortify your self belief. You can actually change the steps I mentioned above. Instead of a tarot card you can just put four quadrants and place your name on the first quadrant at the beginning and then transfer it to the fourth quadrant if you're a Robert Kiyosaki fan. Anything that's more relateable to you of course will be an enormous help towards manifesting what you want to happen.
